Guerlain Northeast Account Executive

- Serve as a Guerlain Brand Ambassador, embodying and communicating the brand's heritage and values.
- Drive sales results and enhance client experiences within the Northeast market, including Massachusetts, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and Washington D.C.
- Foster strong relationships with key business partners and provide regular feedback to the Corporate office.
- Develop and implement strategies for customer retention and market growth.
- Achieve retail and net sales goals, and manage account operations effectively.
- Recruit, hire, and motivate a high-performing team of Beauty Consultants and Selling Specialists.
- Plan and execute product launches, promotions, and special events in collaboration with retail store management.
- Ensure compliance with corporate merchandising guidelines to maintain brand image.
- Travel extensively within the region to oversee operations and support team development.
- 5+ years of experience in prestige beauty, fragrance, or skincare sales and management.
- Prior experience as a Business Manager or in Sales and Training roles.
- Strong understanding of luxury retail and service.
- Passion for Guerlain's values and ability to inspire others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
5+ years in prestige beauty, fragrance, and/or skincare sales and management, with a focus on business development and team leadership.
Salary range of $110,000 - $120,000, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
