Guerlain Northeast Account Executive

1. Act as a Guerlain Brand Ambassador, embodying and communicating the brand's savoir-faire, heritage, and values.
2. Drive sales results and offer a best-in-class client experience by acting as an entrepreneur and taking ownership of the Northeast market.
3. Inspire and influence the Guerlain Selling Ceremony by coaching and developing the Boutique team.
4. Create strong relationships with key business partners in stores and the Corporate office.
5. Provide regular feedback to the Corporate office and share best practices with other Guerlain retail locations.
6. Develop Customer Retention Management (CRM) strategies to grow the client base.
7. Perform sales analysis and propose actions for improvement, staying current with market trends.
8. Achieve established retail and net sales goals as set forth by Corporate.
9. Work with retail store management to ensure proper planning and execution of product launches, promotions, and special events.
10. Recruit, hire, coach, and motivate Beauty Consultants to achieve sales goals.
11. Partner with Education in the training and development of Beauty Advisors.

1. Associate’s degree
2. 5+ years of prestige beauty, fragrance, and/or skincare sales and management experience
3. Prior experience as Business Manager, Sales, and/or Training

Minimum 5 years of experience in prestige beauty, fragrance, and/or skincare sales and management, with a strong understanding of details and service.

LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $110,000 - $120,000.
