1. Serve as a Guerlain Brand Ambassador, embodying and communicating the brand's heritage and values.
2. Drive sales results and enhance client experiences in the Northeast market.
3. Provide training and motivation to Beauty Advisors, Selling Specialists, and Business Managers.
4. Plan and execute special event programs and follow-up training.
5. Develop strong relationships with key business partners in stores and corporate offices.
6. Conduct sales analysis and propose improvement actions.
7. Implement corporate merchandising guidelines to maintain brand image.
8. Recruit, hire, and coach Beauty Consultants to achieve sales goals.
9. Collaborate with the National Sales Director to create action plans for business growth.

1. Associate’s degree
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in prestige beauty, fragrance, or skincare sales and management
3. Experience as a Business Manager, Sales, and/or Training

1. Strong understanding of details and service in the luxury beauty industry
2. Empathetic and positive with an entrepreneurial mindset
3. Effective communication and team-building skills
4. Resourceful with strong analytical skills
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Minimum of 5 years in prestige beauty, fragrance, or skincare sales and management, with experience in business management, sales, and training.

Associate’s degree

LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $110,000 - $120,000.
