1. Adapt international merchandising directives and follow regional strategies tailored to various markets.
2. Serve as the primary contact for soft merchandising requests and ensure adherence to processes.
3. Create, revise, and regularly monitor animations, podiums, and displays across European markets for makeup, skincare, and fragrance.
4. Incorporate international guidelines, shared inspirations, competitive analysis, and local specificities into merchandising strategies.
5. Study design, timing, budget, materials, and technical production details to meet project briefs.
6. Ensure quality and brand image through all merchandising executions.
7. Support, train, and challenge local teams with a focus on creativity, optimization, profitability, and sustainability.
8. Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly information summaries for the EMEA region.
9. Compile images of points of sale and animations for launches and share best practices with other regions.
10. Participate in meetings, seminars, and presentations, facilitating collaborative sessions and visits.

1. 3 to 5 years of operational merchandising experience in design and commerce.
2. Knowledge of the luxury products sector, particularly perfumes and cosmetics, or high-end retail/trade.

1. Project management and follow-up skills.
2. Proficiency in Sketchup and familiarity with other creative software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office.
3. Ability to draw by hand, though not expert level.
4. Fluent in English as the primary communication language.
5. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and autonomy.
