- Adapt international merchandising directives and follow regional strategies tailored to various markets.
- Serve as the primary contact for soft merchandising requests and ensure adherence to processes.
- Create, revise, and regularly monitor animations, podiums, and displays across European markets for makeup, skincare, and fragrance.
- Incorporate international guidelines, shared inspirations, competitive analysis, and local specificities into merchandising strategies.
- Study design, timing, budget, materials, and technical production details to meet project briefs.
- Ensure quality and brand image through all merchandising executions.
- Support, train, and challenge local teams with a focus on creativity, optimization, profitability, and sustainability.
- Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly information summaries for the EMEA region.
- Compile images of points of sale and animations for launches and share best practices with other regions.
- Participate in meetings, seminars, and presentations, facilitating collaborative sessions and visits.
- 3 to 5 years of operational merchandising experience in design and commerce.
- Knowledge of the luxury products sector, particularly perfumes and cosmetics, or high-end retail/trade.
- Project management and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in Sketchup and familiarity with other creative software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to draw by hand, though not expert level.
- Fluent in English as the primary communication language.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and autonomy.

- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
A minimum of 3 years in operational merchandising, ideally within the luxury sector.
