Guerlain Merchandising Manager

1. Develop and execute the soft merchandising strategy across the BELUX market, ensuring optimal visibility and brand image in all retail environments.
2. Maximize and optimize Guerlain's brand image through strategic soft merchandising initiatives in line with budgetary constraints and international guidelines.
3. Manage retailtainment activities to enhance brand visibility and drive sales during key periods, collaborating closely with the Retail & Trade Marketing Manager.
4. Oversee the hard merchandising strategy, coordinating installations and projects with retailers, headquarters, and suppliers.
5. Define and manage budgets related to merchandising, ensuring precise tracking and reporting of expenditures.

1. Master's degree in Commerce or Marketing.
2. Proven experience of 2 to 3 years in a similar role, preferably within the luxury sector.

1. Client and results-oriented with a keen product sensitivity and attention to detail.
2. Fluency in French and English; proficiency in Dutch is advantageous.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Excellent interpersonal and adaptability skills.
5. Strong organizational, structuring, and multitasking abilities.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury industry.

Master's degree in Commerce or Marketing.
