Guerlain Merchandising Intern

- Assist in the conception and implementation of Trade Marketing animations and point-of-sale installations.
- Coordinate supplier briefings and manage feedback loops on creative designs.
- Ensure internal and external validation of point-of-sale advertising (POS) materials.
- Handle quotations and oversee production and installation processes.
- Draft the internal merchandising newsletter, including competitive analysis and updates on Guerlain's achievements.
- Develop 2D planograms across three axes.
- Act as the primary contact for field team feedback and manage ongoing merchandising issues, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee after-sales service requests and manage restocking and reproductions.
- Prepare orders for furniture, products, POS materials, and visuals, ensuring logistical follow-through.
- Maintain the merchandising database and track store openings and renovations.
- Currently enrolled in a business school at a Master's level (Bac+4/+5) or equivalent.
- Previous significant experience in project management.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
