Guerlain Merchandising Architect

- Report to the Head of Merchandising France and act as guardian of the Guerlain brand image across retail touchpoints in France.
- Lead end-to-end retail architecture and merchandising projects (new boutiques and stands, renovations and façades, temporary activations such as podiums and event support).
- Collaborate closely with international merchandising teams and with retail and distribution project managers in a paired working model.
- Translate design concepts into technical production documentation, develop and validate production plans and ensure vendor/manufacturer compliance.
- Manage project budgets, timelines and procurement processes; prioritise tasks and adapt design solutions to technical and regulatory constraints.
- Coordinate administrative and operational aspects of projects, ensure flawless on-site execution and perform occasional travel to project locations.
- Professional qualification as an Architect, Interior Architect or Store Designer.
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in architectural or retail design projects; prior experience in the luxury sector is preferred.
- Proven project management capability, including budget control and delivery to tight deadlines.
- Strong technical knowledge of furniture and stand fabrication methods and production workflows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate internal and external partners.

3–5 years in architecture, interior design or store design with demonstrable experience delivering retail projects; luxury retail experience is an advantage.
