- Contribute to the strategic and creative development of global festival strategies, including CNY, Valentine's Day, and other significant events.
- Identify consumer needs and trends through comprehensive research and analysis.
- Collaborate creatively with artists to develop innovative concepts and iconography.
- Conduct competitive analysis with a focus on the Chinese market, including digital and retail activations.
- Manage project development with cross-functional teams, overseeing the creation of promotional tools from brief to production.
- Develop 360-degree marketing strategies in collaboration with artistic, digital, merchandising, and e-business teams.
- Prepare strategic meeting materials and presentations.
- Analyze the qualitative and quantitative performance of post-launch offerings.
- Supervise and mentor an intern.
- Bachelor's degree (BAC+5) in Business or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Marketing Development, preferably in beauty or luxury sectors.
- Creative thinking and conceptual intelligence.
- Strong storytelling and brand communication skills.
- Autonomous and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks proactively.
- Excellent teamwork, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Curiosity and ability to anticipate emerging trends in beauty, fashion, and art.
- Proficiency in French and English, Mandarin is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years in marketing development roles, with a focus on beauty or luxury industries being advantageous.
Bachelor's degree (BAC+5) in Business or equivalent.
