- Participate in the strategic and creative development of global festival strategies, including CNY, Valentine's Day, and other key dates.
- Identify consumer needs and trends through market studies and consumer insights.
- Collaborate creatively with artists for concept development and iconographic research.
- Conduct competitive analysis with a focus on the Chinese market, including digital and in-store activations.
- Manage project development with cross-functional teams from briefing to production validation.
- Develop 360-degree marketing strategies in collaboration with artistic, digital, merchandising, and e-business teams.
- Prepare strategic meeting materials, including presentations and videos.
- Analyze post-launch performance of marketing offers.
- Supervise and mentor an intern.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent, with a Master's preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Marketing Development, ideally within beauty or luxury sectors.
- Proven creative and conceptual intelligence with strong brand storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with autonomy and organizational rigor.
- Excellent team collaboration, communication, and adaptability skills.
- Deep understanding of the Chinese market and its strategic challenges.
- Fluency in French and English; Mandarin proficiency is advantageous.
