1. Participate in strategic and creative development for Chinese festivals, integrating business and cultural needs of the primary market, China.
2. Conduct market research focusing on Chinese digital activations and social media.
3. Coordinate project development with teams across packaging, purchasing, and supply chain, from briefing to production validation.
4. Develop 360-degree marketing strategies and coordinate with artistic, digital, and merchandising departments.
5. Engage in creative thinking, trend studies, material research, and concept writing.
6. Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of market performance and competition.
7. Consolidate competitive intelligence, identify consumer needs, and capture emerging trends.
8. Assist in preparing strategic presentations, including tools, mock-ups, and videos.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or equivalent (Bac +4/5).
2. Previous experience in luxury marketing (development or operational) is advantageous.
3. Fluency in English.
