Guerlain Marketing Project Assistant Intern

- Participate in strategic and creative development for Chinese festivals, integrating business and cultural needs of the primary market, China.
- Conduct market research focusing on Chinese digital activations and social media.
- Coordinate project development with teams across packaging, purchasing, and supply chain, from briefing to production validation.
- Develop 360-degree marketing strategies and coordinate with artistic, digital, and merchandising departments.
- Engage in creative thinking, trend studies, material research, and concept writing.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of market performance and competition.
- Consolidate competitive intelligence, identify consumer needs, and capture emerging trends.
- Assist in preparing strategic presentations, including tools, mock-ups, and videos.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or equivalent (Bac +4/5).
- Previous experience in luxury marketing (development or operational) is advantageous.
