- Develop and execute the trade marketing plan in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing Director.
- Manage suppliers and producers for the creation of POS communications and materials.
- Organize and oversee promotional mailings and window campaigns.
- Plan and allocate the budget for promotional samples.
- Coordinate with merchandising firms for the execution of merchandising and promotions.
- Support the Brand Manager in presenting the marketing plan and annual trade activities to clients.
- Analyze sell-out data related to POS activities and track success.
- Identify shopper and consumer needs to inform activity planning.
- Plan and optimize sales promotion measures and brand presentation.
- Organize the production and installation of POS furniture for new openings or renovations.
- Create and adapt planograms for the local market based on international guidelines.
- Conduct regular merchandising checks in the market.
- Plan and execute fast campaigns with the Brand Manager and Product Manager.
- Prepare budget evaluations and analyses for budget control files.
- Plan and control the budget for all trade marketing activities and productions.
- Participate in sales conferences and present trade and merchandising activities.
- Support and plan events for sales conferences and new launches.
- Collaborate closely with PR and training teams for brand representation at events.
- Completed degree in business administration with a focus on marketing or sales.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Minimum of three years' experience in trade marketing or category management.
- Knowledge of the premium cosmetics sector and retail structures.
- Proficiency in channel-specific marketing strategies.
- Strategic and analytical thinking with entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proactive and independent 'hands-on' mentality.
- Excellent organizational, project, and time management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility and resilience.
- Professional proficiency in MS Office.
A minimum of three years of professional experience in trade marketing or category management within the premium cosmetics sector is required.
Bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on marketing or sales.
Gross annual salary according to the collective agreement for retail employees starting at €34,594, with potential for overpayment based on qualifications and experience.
