1. Support the marketing team with upcoming product launches.
2. Develop POS materials and e-retailer packs.
3. Set up digital campaigns in collaboration with the Senior Product Manager.
4. Track and analyze launch performances, including trade marketing activities and digital campaigns.
5. Conduct competitive analysis on new products, pricing, and campaigns.
6. Monitor the performance of Guerlain.com.
7. Assist the team with CRM tasks, including newsletters, data analysis, and campaign dispatch.
8. Coordinate PR communication with journalists and influencers and handle daily inquiries.
9. Support internal and external events and various occasions.

1. Completed degree with a focus on Marketing.
2. Initial professional experience in marketing or sales.
3. Passion for the beauty industry.

1. Organizational talent with a proactive and independent work style.
2. Strong communication and innovative skills.
3. Numerical aptitude.
4. Proficiency in MS Office.
5. Fluency in German, French, and English; Italian is a plus.

At least 3 years of experience in marketing or sales.

Completed degree with a focus on Marketing.
