Guerlain Marketing Intern - Travel Retail

- Support the Trade Marketing Project Manager in executing trade animations, including product assortment, client animation sheets, decorator briefs, POSM orders, and 360° marketing tool development.
- Create supplier briefs aligned with the marketing plan and merchandising team guidelines.
- Participate in developing retailtainment for each animation.
- Monitor various budgets associated with trade by retailer.
- Assist in implementing the Travel Retail strategy by developing marketing tools for TR Europe, such as Marketing Books and internal newsletters.
- Develop 360° marketing tools (gifts, POS displays, grooming, flyers) to achieve Travel Retail Europe objectives in line with category and retailer strategies.
- Collect and share launch tools with markets, including lab samples, visual needs, and grooming guidelines.
- Track the annual marketing budget.
- Analyze and create materials to communicate quantitative and qualitative performance, using Excel, PowerPoint, and videos.
- Prepare launch recaps to communicate on launches, best practices, and improvement areas.
- Report monthly on animation performance.
- Assist in organizing retailer meetings, regional seminars, and retailer events.
- Enrolled in a business school, communication, or university program (Bac+4/5 level).
- Strong relational skills
- Organizational and rigorous
- Creative with a strong team spirit
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English and French
No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
Pursuing a degree in business, communication, or a related field at Bac+4/5 level.
This is a conventioned internship starting in January 2026, lasting 6 months, located in the 1st arrondissement of Paris.
