Guerlain Marketing Intern - Travel Retail Europe

- Support the Trade Marketing Project Manager in executing trade animations, including product assortment, client animation sheets, decorator briefs, POSM orders, and 360° marketing tool development.
- Create supplier briefs aligned with the marketing plan and merchandising team guidelines.
- Participate in the development of retailtainment for each animation.
- Monitor budgets associated with trade activities by retailer.
- Assist the Operational Marketing team in developing marketing tools for implementing the Travel Retail strategy in Europe.
- Develop 360° marketing tools (gifts, POS displays, grooming, flyers) to achieve Travel Retail Europe objectives in line with category and retailer strategies.
- Collect and share launch tools with markets, including lab samples, visual needs, and grooming guidelines.
- Track the annual marketing budget.
- Analyze and create materials to communicate quantitative and qualitative performance metrics using Excel, PowerPoint, and video presentations.
- Prepare launch recaps to communicate best practices and improvement areas.
- Conduct monthly performance reporting for animations.
- Aid in organizing meetings with retailers, support regional seminars, and retailer events.
- Enrollment in a business school, communication, or university program (Bac+4/5 level).
- Strong relational skills, organizational acumen, attention to detail, creativity, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and French.
