1. Ensure profitability and performance by preparing and analyzing business plans during the development of new products.
2. Identify financial levers and potential risks, challenging various stakeholders.
3. Calculate the medium-term impact of launches on margins across franchises, product lines, and the overall Guerlain brand.
4. Estimate three-year innovation, basic, and promotional plans to ensure growth and margin objectives are met.
5. Participate in decision-making meetings for new product launches involving marketing, commercial, supply, and financial departments.
6. Manage margins by product lines, franchises, and markets.
7. Contribute to budgetary processes and marketing scope management by supporting and challenging operational teams.
8. Control expenditures within the scope, including order validation, closure work, and variance analysis.
9. Monitor and manage R&D expenses, ensuring budget targets are met and costs are optimized.
10. Alert on risks and opportunities in both budgetary and R&D contexts.

1. Degree in Business School/University with a specialization in Corporate Finance

1. Fluency in English
2. Strong analytical and synthesis skills
3. Rigor and organizational skills
4. Ability to maintain a global perspective
5. Proficiency in Excel and SAP
6. Familiarity with systems such as Power BI and Anaplan

Minimum of 3 to 5 years in financial control or audit.
