- Participate in the development of innovation business plans across makeup, skincare, and fragrance segments.
- Update reports and monitor product profitability across the three segments.
- Conduct ad-hoc profitability analyses and studies.
- Develop P&L statements by franchise from revenue to results, monitor key drivers, and analyze profitability.
- Contribute to the financial valuation of the strategic marketing three-year plan.
- Assist in monthly financial closings.
- Enrolled in a Master's program (Bac +4/+5) in business school or equivalent university with a focus on finance.
- Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SAP, Power BI, or Anaplan is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and a proactive, engaged approach to work.
No prior professional experience required; suitable for beginners.
Master's degree in progress in business or finance-related field.
