Guerlain Marketing Development Intern

- Contribute to product development and coordinate with various departments including art direction, digital, and merchandising.
- Engage in creative thinking, writing, and conceptual research such as trend studies and material research.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of product performance and competitive landscape.
- Perform competitor intelligence and identify consumer needs and future trends.
- Assist in the preparation of strategic presentations, tool mock-ups, and videos.
- Participate in strategic and creative thinking for the development and design of various projects.
- Currently pursuing 4 to 5 years of higher education in a business school or equivalent university.
- Initial experience in a marketing internship within the luxury goods sector, preferably in perfumes and cosmetics.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive and committed with excellent teamwork skills.
- Fluent in English with a keen interest in digital subjects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Innovative thinking with the ability to anticipate new creative trends.
Entry-level, suitable for candidates with initial marketing internship experience in the luxury sector.
Pursuing higher education in a business school or university equivalent.
