GuerlainMarketing Development Internship
Guerlain, established in 1828, is renowned for crafting exceptional and audacious fragrances and beauty products. The company is undergoing a transformation to become the most iconic high perfumery and high cosmetic house, surpassing competition in exclusivity and image.
- Contribute to product development and coordinate with various departments such as art direction, digital, and merchandising.
- Engage in creative thinking, writing, and conceptual research including trend studies, material research, and moodboards.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of product performance and competition.
- Perform competitor intelligence and identify consumer needs and future trends.
- Participate in the preparation of strategic presentations and tool mock-ups.
- Contribute to strategic and creative thinking and the development of various projects.
- Student with 4 or 5 years of higher education in a business school or university equivalent.
- Initial experience in a marketing internship, preferably in the luxury goods sector.
- Organizational skills to manage priorities and tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive and committed with teamwork skills.
- Caring attitude, humility, good interpersonal skills, and adaptability.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong interest in digital subjects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Initial experience in a marketing internship, preferably in the luxury goods sector.
Student with 4 or 5 years of higher education in a business school or university equivalent.
Internship available for a period of 6 months starting July 2025.
The internship is located in Paris 1er, offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment at Guerlain's premises.
