Guerlain Marketing Development Intern (Make‑Up or Skincare)

- Support end‑to‑end product development and 360° project coordination with art direction, digital, merchandising and other cross‑functional teams.
- Conduct creative research and concept development: trend studies, material research, moodboards, claims and concept writing.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of product performance and competitive offerings.
- Monitor market and competitor intelligence to identify consumer needs and emerging trends (trend books, shows, market scans).
- Contribute to the preparation of strategic presentations and creative deliverables including mock‑ups, tool prototypes and videos.
- Participate in strategic and creative workshops and assist in the design and development of product and campaign projects.
- Currently enrolled in year 4 or 5 of a business school or equivalent university programme (Master’s level in progress).
- Ideally one prior marketing internship (development or operational) in the luxury goods sector; experience in perfumes & cosmetics is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive, curious and collaborative mindset with humility and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Creative intuition and the capacity to propose innovative, trend‑forward recommendations.
- Fluent in English and comfortable engaging with international stakeholders.
- Keen interest in digital topics and contemporary beauty/digital ecosystems.
