- Assist in planning and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
- Coordinate local marketing activations, including product launches and in-store events.
- Collaborate with PR agencies and media partners to secure brand exposure in key publications.
- Ensure brand alignment in all marketing materials in collaboration with regional and HQ teams.
- Organize and manage brand events to ensure premium customer experiences.
- Analyze campaign performance and consumer insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Ensure premium in-store merchandising execution consistent with Guerlain’s luxury positioning.
- Develop and implement visual merchandising guidelines for retail stores and boutiques.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure optimal product presentation and storytelling at points of sale.
- Monitor stock levels of marketing and merchandising materials for timely replenishment.
- Design and deploy POSM materials on schedule.
- Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Ensure proper brand representation with retailers and department stores.
- Support training initiatives to equip sales teams with brand knowledge and product storytelling.
- Manage and maintain the CRM database to drive engagement and loyalty.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and merchandising, preferably within luxury or beauty brands.
- Strong understanding of luxury retail dynamics and customer behaviors.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and brand alignment.
- Proficient in event management, ensuring premium execution and customer experience.
- Experience in CRM to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
