1. Conduct training sessions and masterclasses on products, exclusive sales techniques, and educational workshops across France.
2. Lead expertise training, particularly in makeup.
3. Prepare and facilitate workshops during training service events such as Christmas briefs, training evenings, and product launches.
4. Manage and energize group interactions during training sessions.
5. Evaluate post-session effectiveness to identify successes and areas for improvement.
6. Support field teams by observing and refining sales ceremonies, service propositions, and product valorization.
7. Conduct individualized coaching in line with Guerlain's methodology.
8. Draft coaching reports and ensure personalized follow-up with managers and the Training Manager.
9. Oversee logistical and organizational preparation for training sessions, including setting up training rooms and managing gifting.
10. Customize presentation materials according to briefs and launch priorities.
11. Write detailed post-session training reports, including attendance and Q&A feedback.
12. Lead the creation and development of the internal newsletter, published bi-monthly.
13. Propose and create engaging content for the newsletter.

1. Proven experience in sales and training/coaching (minimum 5 years).
2. Mastery of the fragrance and cosmetics industry.
3. Fluency in English.
4. Knowledge of makeup techniques, supported by a makeup artist diploma.
5. Strong service orientation within the luxury sector.
6. Business and results-oriented mindset.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Availability for travel within France.
