Guerlain Makeup Trainer and Coach

- Conduct training sessions and masterclasses on products, exclusive sales techniques, and educational workshops across France.
- Lead expertise training, particularly in makeup.
- Prepare and facilitate workshops during training service events such as Christmas briefs, training evenings, and product launches.
- Manage and energize group interactions during training sessions.
- Evaluate post-session effectiveness to identify successes and areas for improvement.
- Support field teams by observing and refining sales ceremonies, service propositions, and product valorization.
- Conduct individualized coaching in line with Guerlain's methodology.
- Draft coaching reports and ensure personalized follow-up with managers and the Training Manager.
- Oversee logistical and organizational preparation for training sessions, including setting up training rooms and managing gifting.
- Customize presentation materials according to briefs and launch priorities.
- Write detailed post-session training reports, including attendance and Q&A feedback.
- Lead the creation and development of the internal newsletter, published bi-monthly.
- Propose and create engaging content for the newsletter.
- Proven experience in sales and training/coaching (minimum 5 years).
- Mastery of the fragrance and cosmetics industry.
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledge of makeup techniques, supported by a makeup artist diploma.
- Strong service orientation within the luxury sector.
- Business and results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability for travel within France.
