Guerlain Maintenance Technician

- Ensure maintenance and new works for utilities, manufacturing, and building in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Propose and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for utilities including electricity, air conditioning, ventilation, heating, process and comfort cooling, compressed air, nitrogen, sanitary water, and process water.
- Manage the Building Technical Management to optimize the site's energy consumption.
- Act as the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) reference for updating, creating, and executing maintenance ranges and maintaining indicators.
- Execute continuous improvement projects in safety, quality, and productivity autonomously and coordinate suppliers as necessary.
- Draft specifications, manage tenders, and coordinate service providers.
- Participate in the regulatory compliance monitoring of the site and ensure site conformity.
- Provide support to general services as needed.
- Diploma in Technical or Electrotechnical fields (Bac +2 or +3 equivalent).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in building and/or utilities maintenance on a production site, preferably in the cosmetics, food, or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Strong technical skills in mechanics, electricity, automation, hydraulics, fluid mechanics, and regulation.
- Autonomy and rigor in work execution.
- Analytical mindset and adaptability.
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in computer tools, ideally AutoCAD.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in building and utilities maintenance, ideally within the cosmetics, food, or pharmaceutical industries.
Diploma in Technical or Electrotechnical fields (Bac +2 or +3 equivalent).
