1. Provide expert advice on fragrances, skincare, and makeup to customers on the sales floor.
2. Identify customer needs to offer personalized recommendations aligned with Guerlain's sensory universe.
3. Demonstrate the correct use of products through practical sessions, including touch-ups, sensory tests, and application rituals.
4. Promote customer loyalty through a luxury experience rooted in the Maison's history and values.
5. Participate in continuous training on products and sales techniques.
6. Support the achievement of monthly sales targets and special campaigns.
7. Maintain the visual image and presentation of the space in accordance with brand guidelines.

1. Previous experience as a beauty advisor or promoter of fragrances or luxury products.
2. Deep knowledge of beauty products, including skincare, makeup, and perfumes.
3. Excellent communication skills, empathy, and customer focus.
4. Passion for luxury, aesthetic sensitivity, and a proactive attitude.
5. Availability to rotate between different sales locations in Mexico City (Liverpool and Palacio de Hierro).
