1. Oversee and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse logistics operations.
2. Conduct regular performance reviews with logistics vendors and propose corrective actions.
3. Ensure adherence to quality standards and service levels.
4. Manage daily interactions and financial aspects of logistics vendor contracts.
5. Implement continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
6. Benchmark best practices and encourage innovation in warehouse management.
7. Collaborate with IT teams to optimize logistics software solutions.
8. Lead projects focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
9. Ensure exceptional customer service levels for B2B and e-Commerce channels.

1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent.

1. Advanced proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and planning tools.
2. Strong data analysis skills and KPI management (Excel/Power BI).
3. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
4. Understanding of financial and contractual logistics aspects.
5. Interest in technological innovation and software development in logistics.
6. Familiarity with B2B and e-Commerce logistics.

Minimum of 5 years of significant experience in logistics operations management, preferably with logistics vendor oversight.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent.
