1. Review and draft commercial contracts (distribution and purchasing).
2. Draft notes, training materials, and presentations on various legal topics.
3. Manage and develop legal technologies (contract tech, intranet, document database, etc.).

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Master 2) in commercial law.
2. Interest in new technologies within a legal department.

1. Responsiveness, pragmatism, and rigor.
2. Ability to work effectively in a team.
3. Fluent in English with strong writing skills for notes and contracts.
