1. Draft and monitor distribution contracts and annual unique agreements.
2. Compose legal memos and conduct research on doctrinal studies and case law.
3. Assist in the preparation of litigation and pre-litigation files.
4. Draft various types of contracts and correspondence.
5. Develop training materials on competition law.
6. Conduct legal monitoring.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Master 2) or at the end of a law degree, specializing in Economic Law/Competition Law.
2. Knowledge in Intellectual Property is appreciated.

1. Fluency in English, with strong writing skills for drafting notes and contracts.
2. Proficiency in IT tools and databases.
3. Ability to work effectively in a team.
4. Strong reactivity, pragmatism, and rigor.

A first experience in a law firm or company in the field of distribution/competition law is required.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Master 2) or at the end of a law degree.

Interns will receive regular supervision and evaluations with their internship supervisor and the Human Resources Department to assess skill acquisition.
