1. Assist in the review and drafting of commercial contracts, including distribution and procurement agreements.
2. Prepare legal notes, training materials, and presentations on various current legal topics.
3. Manage and develop legal technologies such as contract management systems, intranet platforms, and document databases.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program (Master 2) in Commercial Law.
2. Strong interest in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) within a legal department.

1. Fluency in English, with strong written skills for drafting notes and contracts.
2. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
3. Demonstrated reactivity, pragmatism, and rigor.

Beginner level experience is acceptable.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Master 2) in Commercial Law.
