Guerlain Key Account Manager

- Independently manage and develop key accounts in both brick-and-mortar and e-retail environments.
- Implement sales strategies and ensure the luxury positioning of the brand in close collaboration with the Sales Director.
- Plan and execute sales initiatives to increase market share, sell-in, and sell-out.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly analyses, forecasts, and presentations.
- Analyze the local market, competitors, and omni-channel potentials.
- Derive actionable recommendations and implement measures to enhance sales and margins.
- Negotiate and implement annual agreements with clients, including trade terms, assortment decisions, listings, and promotional activations.
- Participate in product launches and promotional activities to ensure brand presence and consumer engagement.
- Collaborate with field and merchandising teams to ensure optimal POS execution and maximum sell-out performance.
- Analyze sales figures, trends, and competitive activities, and prepare reports for internal stakeholders.
- Promote innovation and creative problem-solving at the POS to continuously optimize brand presence and performance.
- Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in sales, ideally within the cosmetics or luxury sector.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Fluent in German and English; French is an advantage.
- Excellent negotiation skills and assertiveness.
- Open, proactive personality with innovative strength.
- Interest in luxury brands and enthusiasm for Guerlain.

Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in sales, ideally within the cosmetics or luxury sector.
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
