- Independently execute activations of the Trade Marketing Plan, infusing creativity to successfully implement business and POS strategies in collaboration with key retail partners.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the Trade Marketing Manager, developing and executing tailored activation plans for major product launches and commercial events in close coordination with the headquarters.
- Create and implement innovative concepts for animation programs, such as exclusive masterclasses and luxurious events, to enhance brand experience.
- Play a central role in large-scale POS activations, including mega podiums and dynamic sales conventions.
- Take full responsibility for monitoring and managing POS materials, ensuring timely availability and delivery to stores and sales teams.
- Actively support the analysis and tracking of the Trade Marketing budget, ensuring all activities are conducted within agreed budget parameters.
- Analyze and track the effectiveness and profitability of marketing activities, contributing to the continuous improvement of strategies.
- Assist in the preparation of reports for the headquarters and collaborate closely with the marketing team to communicate successes and plan future strategies.
- Completed university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Initial professional experience, ideally 1-2 years in POS/B&M marketing through internships, traineeships, or entry-level positions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant marketing tools.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Project management and organizational skills with strong project ownership.
- Flexibility and communication skills in dealing with diverse stakeholders, including internal teams, suppliers, and agencies.
- Creative thinking and a structured, independent working style.
- Communicative and persuasive personality with high self-motivation, strong sense of responsibility, and attention to detail.
- Passion for the cosmetics industry.
Beginner level experience, ideally 1-2 years in POS/B&M marketing.
Completed university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
