- Serve as the liaison with field staff, ensuring insights are communicated to the headquarters to enhance performance and growth across all channels.
- Develop and manage KPI and sell-out tools, analyzing strengths and weaknesses of sales locations to derive actionable measures.
- Oversee direct-to-retail responsibilities including inventory management, cash system optimization, and merchandise flow control.
- Plan sell-in/sell-out forecasts for clients to ensure targeted and efficient sales planning.
- Analyze and report on sales and product line performance per sales location for strategic management.
- Monitor field team performance and conduct bonus evaluations to motivate employees effectively.
- Build strong relationships with retail partners, coordinate sales activities, and collaborate closely with marketing, sales, finance, and external agencies.
- Co-lead new retail projects in collaboration with IT and the French headquarters.
- Utilize creative potential in coordinating and organizing sales events.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Relevant professional experience in sales, retail, or back-office management, ideally in an international setting.
- Proficiency in IT systems and data analysis, with strong Excel skills and preferably initial experience with Power BI.
- Independent working style, analytical thinking, and a solid understanding of operational business.
- Hands-on mentality, teamwork skills, and openness to a variety of topics and challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, organizational talent, and a strong commitment to high service and quality standards.
- Fluent in German and proficient in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
