1. Develop and implement marketing strategies for premium makeup products to achieve annual revenue targets and enhance brand awareness.
2. Plan, execute, and evaluate annual marketing and promotion plans, including new product launches and ongoing product support.
3. Monitor and analyze the marketing mix, positioning, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
4. Manage marketing budgets to ensure alignment with corporate profit goals and prepare budget materials for management review.
5. Generate and communicate monthly and weekly reports to regional and central teams, including campaign analysis and product performance evaluations.

1. University degree or higher.
2. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 to 2 years in makeup product management within the cosmetics or luxury sectors.

1. Fluency in Korean and English.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
3. Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Ability to manage budgets and financial forecasts.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, specifically within the cosmetics or high-luxury brand sectors, focusing on makeup products.

University degree or higher.
