Guerlain Junior National Key Account Manager

1. Implement sales strategies in the Italian market to maximize growth and profitability, in alignment with the company's vision.
2. Manage a portfolio of national and regional retailers to achieve brand sell-in, sell-out, and operational targets.
3. Cultivate relationships with key account retailers across Italy, including area managers.
4. Collaborate with departments such as Trade Marketing, Marketing, Retail, Merchandising, and Digital to develop Guerlain Italy's strategy.
5. Prepare and manage sell-out reports for sales force and analysis using PowerBI and Orion.
6. Lead product presentations for assigned retailers.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or trade marketing within the beauty industry.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse clients and stakeholders.
2. Customer-focused with strong relationship management abilities.
3. Analytical skills with a results-driven approach.
4. Proficiency in computer applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
5. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales or trade marketing within the beauty sector.
