Guerlain Junior Key Account Manager

- Assist in managing and developing key accounts in both physical retail and e-retail sectors.
- Support the Senior Key Account Manager and/or Sales Director in executing sales strategies and ensuring the brand's luxury positioning.
- Prepare daily and monthly analyses, forecasts, and presentations.
- Analyze the local market, competitors, and omni-channel potentials.
- Derive actionable insights and support the development of sales initiatives.
- Assist in negotiations and implementation of annual agreements with clients.
- Participate in product launches and promotional activities to ensure brand presence and consumer engagement.
- Collaborate with field and merchandising teams to ensure optimal point-of-sale execution.
- Contribute to the analysis of sales figures, trends, and competitive activities, and prepare reports for internal stakeholders.
- Offer innovative ideas and solutions at the point of sale under the guidance of the Senior Key Account Manager and/or Sales Director.
- Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of relevant professional experience in sales, preferably within the cosmetics and/or luxury sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Fluent in German and English; French is advantageous.
- Willingness to learn and develop negotiation skills.
- Open-minded and proactive personality with a flair for innovation.
- Interest in luxury brands and enthusiasm for Guerlain.
- Team player.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
