- Support Retail & Education teams in monitoring performance through data quality assurance and integration from various retail applications.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports in collaboration with LVMH Beauty Tech to identify performance improvement opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth analyses for central teams to aid decision-making and identify development or optimization opportunities.
- Facilitate the adoption of developed solutions by central and local teams, ensuring user satisfaction and continuous optimization.
- Oversee the deployment of Data Retail & Education projects, ensuring rigorous project tracking and effective team onboarding.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including Business Teams, Data Product Owners, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists to ensure successful project deployment.
- Participate in the creation of innovative Data solutions to enhance customer experience and optimize Retail operations.
- Stay informed on the latest advancements in Data Science & GenAI, sharing knowledge to foster innovation and collective skill development.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in commerce, university, or engineering school with a specialization in Data.
- Proven initial experience in a data-related role, preferably within a Retail context.
- Proficiency in data technologies including machine learning, data visualization, SQL, and data structures.
- Interest in generative AI.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform or equivalent; familiarity with Dataiku is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Entry-level experience in data-related roles, ideally within the Retail sector.
Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in commerce, university, or engineering school with a specialization in Data.
