1. Lead industrial investment projects from conception to production, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, timelines, and budget objectives.
2. Gather and formalize user requirements and draft detailed specifications.
3. Consult, select, and manage suppliers and integrators through technical and financial analysis and negotiation.
4. Plan and coordinate project phases including studies, manufacturing, installation, and qualification.
5. Ensure regulatory and normative compliance of equipment, including safety and GMP standards.
6. Manage project budgets and contribute to the CAPEX plan.
7. Anticipate and mitigate project risks and propose suitable action plans.
8. Support teams during commissioning and ensure seamless transition to production and maintenance.
9. Participate in the industrialization of new products and workshop evolutions.
10. Propose improvements to technical standards, project management methods, and industrial performance.
11. Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or food industries.
2. Degree in general engineering or a technical engineering discipline.
