- Assist in the design of store opening and renovation projects, including permanent and temporary installations such as backwalls and gondolas, across Europe and the Americas.
- Create project books for internal and external validation, including retailers.
- Monitor and amend technical drawings from manufacturers.
- Update archives and databases, including photos, plans, and boutique guidelines.
- Design 3D animation spaces, such as pop-ups and gondola heads, using SketchUp, adhering to international merchandising guidelines and retailer constraints.
- Develop technical briefs for internal and external operational teams.
- Draft technical plans and design specific point-of-sale displays for the travel retail market.
- Write specific guidelines for counter animations.
- Produce artworks and technical print files using Illustrator.
- Support regional teams to ensure retail excellence in airports.
- Collaborate with regional operational, marketing, and international merchandising teams.
- Conduct weekly project follow-ups using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Final-year student from a design school such as École Boulle, ENSAAMA, Penninghen, École Bleue, or equivalent.
- Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
- Proficiency in SketchUp, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Organized, proactive, and creative with a marketing sensibility and an interest in cosmetics.
Beginner level experience is acceptable, suitable for a final-year design student.
Currently enrolled in a design school, final-year internship.
This is a conventioned internship lasting six months, starting in January 2025, located in the 1st arrondissement of Paris.
