Guerlain Internship - Internal Communication and HR Development Assistant

1. Provide administrative and logistical support for training programs, including managing administrative files and organizing logistics for sessions.
2. Monitor the billing process related to training activities.
3. Administer the 360 Learning platform, including user profile management and KPI tracking.
4. Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees, including organizing integration seminars and managing e-learning modules.
5. Manage the editorial line for the intranet 'INSIDE GUERLAIN,' including content sourcing, writing, publishing, and newsletter distribution.
6. Assist in organizing internal events, including logistical management for key company events.
7. Lead a cross-functional project based on the intern's interests and business needs, such as redesigning an integration path or creating an internal event.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Business School or University with a specialization in Human Resources.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva.
2. Strong writing skills and fluency in English.
3. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive attitude.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
5. Ability to manage both operational tasks and creative projects.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
