Guerlain Internship in Store Planning and Construction

- Conduct various analyses on sustainability and manage boutique certifications such as Life 360 and LEED.
- Collect data on all store openings throughout the year and perform analyses to support decision-making for the deployment and optimization of retail locations.
- Update the project tracking dashboard daily, focusing on costs and timelines.
- Monitor and analyze global tenders to align and negotiate optimal offers for the effective deployment of the Bee Concept.
- Lead process improvement initiatives.
- Assist Store Planners in their respective tasks, including the optimization of furniture and display catalogues.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/+5) in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ideally, previous internship experience in project management or analysis, preferably within the luxury or beauty sectors.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and tasks proactively and diligently.
- Analytical aptitude with a comprehensive 360-degree project vision and strong synthesis skills.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a positive, curious nature.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Power BI is essential.
Entry-level, suitable for students with some internship experience in project management or analysis.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
