1. Provide administrative and logistical support for training sessions, including managing administrative files and organizing logistics.
2. Monitor the billing process related to training and development activities.
3. Administer the 360 Learning platform by creating and updating user profiles and tracking usage KPIs.
4. Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees, including organizing integration seminars and managing Welcome Packs.
5. Animate the internal intranet 'INSIDE GUERLAIN' by publishing articles and newsletters and highlighting new employees.
6. Support the logistics of internal events and participate in organizing HR events.
7. Lead a cross-functional project based on the intern's interests and current business needs.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Business School or University with a specialization in Human Resources.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Strong writing skills.
3. Fluency in English.
4. Organizational and rigorous work ethic.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
