- Develop point-of-sale materials in accordance with Guerlain standards to support counters.
- Gain insights and provide support in trade marketing and visual merchandising, including product launches.
- Plan and execute sales-promoting and customer-specific marketing initiatives, such as sales competitions.
- Coordinate and implement events and promotions.
- Create analyses and presentations for staff, clients, and conferences.
- Collaborate closely with external agencies, managing projects from proposal to successful execution at the point of sale.
- Maintain regular communication with external partners regarding relevant projects.
- Completion of at least three semesters in Business Administration, Marketing, Merchandising, Commerce, or related fields.
- Initial practical experience through internships or similar roles is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent command of English.
- Passion for Guerlain's product world and the luxury cosmetics industry.
- Strong interest in cosmetic trends and consumer behavior.
- High motivation, enthusiasm, and communication skills.
- Initiative, creativity, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently with a high sense of responsibility.
Beginner level experience is required, with practical exposure through internships being advantageous.
At least three semesters completed in Business Administration, Marketing, Merchandising, Commerce, or related fields.
