Responsibilities
- Serve as a main contact for subsidiary markets regarding operational requirements on premium categories.
- Develop and implement retail and event strategies for boutiques and Spas in the region.
- Participate in the deployment and follow-up of launch projects throughout the zone.
- Recommend, monitor, and challenge forecasts in line with the brand's global strategy.
- Develop and adapt 360° marketing tools to specific local needs.
- Conduct market analysis and monitor sell-in and sell-out performance.
- Consolidate results and analyze launches and promotion tools.
- Prepare competition watch and monitor new products.
- Consolidate biannual budget reports at the regional level.
- Create weekly and monthly newsletters and communicate regional best practices.
- Contribute to the department's logistical coordination.
Qualifications
- Business school student or equivalent (bac +4/5 level).
- Initial experience in a marketing role.
- Knowledge of the world of Perfumes & Cosmetics is a plus.
Skills
- Organized, committed, rigorous, and pragmatic.
- Good command of the Office pack and Excel.
- Fluent in English.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with a variety of different professions and contacts.
- Responsive and autonomous.
Experience Requirements
Entry-level experience in a marketing role.
Education Requirements
Business school student or equivalent (bac +4/5 level).
