- Serve as a primary contact for subsidiary markets regarding operational requirements in premium categories.
- Develop and implement retail and event strategies for boutiques and spas across the region.
- Participate in the deployment and follow-up of launch projects throughout the zone.
- Recommend, monitor, and challenge forecasts in alignment with the brand's global strategy and distribution needs.
- Develop and adapt 360° marketing tools to meet specific local requirements.
- Conduct market analysis and monitor sell-in and sell-out performance using Power BI and Circana.
- Consolidate results and analyze launches and promotional tools.
- Prepare competitive analyses and conduct field tours to monitor new products.
- Consolidate biannual budget reports at the regional level.
- Create and distribute weekly and monthly newsletters, sharing regional best practices.
- Contribute to the logistical coordination of the department.
- Enrollment in a business school or equivalent program (bac +4/5 level).
- Initial experience in a marketing role.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Entry-level experience in a marketing role, ideally within the Perfumes & Cosmetics industry.
Currently pursuing a degree at a business school or equivalent (bac +4/5 level).
