Guerlain Internship - EMEA Operational Marketing

Guerlain is a renowned luxury brand within the Parfums & Cosmétiques sector, known for its innovative and high-quality products in fragrances, make-up, and skincare. The company is part of a larger group and operates globally, with a strong presence in the European market.

1. Serve as a primary contact for subsidiary and export markets regarding operational requirements in fragrances, make-up, and skincare.
2. Participate in the roll-out and monitoring of launch projects, including PR events and trade animations.
3. Recommend, monitor, and challenge forecasts in alignment with the brand's global strategy and distribution needs.
4. Adapt 360° marketing tools to meet specific local requirements.
5. Conduct market analysis and evaluate sell-in and sell-out performance using tools like PowerBI and NPD.
6. Monitor marketing launches and coordinate marketing requests to ensure timely delivery of materials.
7. Conduct competition reviews and monitor new products and related 360° activities.
8. Create weekly and monthly newsletters and communicate best practices within the region.
9. Contribute to the logistical coordination of the department.

1. Business school student or equivalent with 4/5 years of higher education.
2. Initial experience in a marketing role within a company.

1. Knowledge of the Perfumes & Cosmetics industry is a plus.
2. Organized, committed, rigorous, and pragmatic.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
4. Fluent in English.
5. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse professionals.
6. Ability to react quickly and work independently.
7. Eagerness to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Entry-level experience in a marketing role.

Business school student or equivalent (4/5 years' higher education).

Internship available from July 2025 for a period of 6 months.
