- Serve as a primary contact for subsidiary and export markets regarding operational requirements across fragrances, make-up, and skincare categories.
- Participate in the implementation and monitoring of launch projects, including PR events and trade animations.
- Recommend, monitor, and challenge forecasts in alignment with the brand's global strategy and distribution needs.
- Adapt 360° marketing tools to meet local market requirements.
- Conduct market analysis and assess sell-in and sell-out performance using tools like PowerBI and NPD.
- Monitor marketing launches, coordinate requests, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Compile competition reviews, tracking new products and related 360° marketing efforts.
- Create weekly and monthly newsletters to communicate best practices within the region.
- Contribute to logistical coordination within the department.
- Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent program with 4/5 years of higher education.
- Initial experience in a marketing role is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and react quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with the Perfumes & Cosmetics industry is advantageous.
