Guerlain International Visual Merchandising Project Manager

- Oversee all visual merchandising campaigns related to skincare launches, ensuring operational coherence with the brand's image in collaboration with various departments such as Marketing Development, Business Development, and Artistic Direction.
- Draft, disseminate, and present skincare merchandising guidelines to markets, including 3D models, schematic plans, technical documents, text layout, and recommendations for materials and color codes.
- Guide and manage the development of central point-of-sale display elements with the Purchasing department, adhering to unit price constraints, sustainability, and ease of implementation by local markets.
- Support markets daily in consolidating their specific visual merchandising needs and adapting flagship spaces and priority markets, including locations such as Galeries Lafayette Haussmann, Printemps Beauté, Dubai Mall, and international airports.
- Regularly update planograms in collaboration with Business Development.
- Integrate digital experiences in points of sale in coordination with the Omnichannel & Digital Department.
- Brief and oversee external providers and team resources, including freelancers and apprentices, responsible for execution files.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in visual merchandising project management, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Strong autonomy and organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and tasks proactively and rigorously.
- Agility and curiosity, with recognized teamwork abilities, attention to detail, persuasive skills, and adaptability.
- Proficiency in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite, particularly Illustrator.
Minimum of 3 years in visual merchandising project management roles, ideally within the luxury industry.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or a related field.
Position based in Paris with immediate availability, offering a hybrid working mode.
