Guerlain International Visual Merchandising Project Manager - Fragrance

- Lead and manage all visual merchandising campaigns related to fragrance launches, ensuring operational coherence with the brand's image in collaboration with 360-degree teams including Marketing Development, Business Development, and Artistic Direction.
- Draft, distribute, and present fragrance merchandising guidelines to markets, including 3D designs, technical documents, text layouts, and recommendations for materials and color codes.
- Oversee the development of central POS materials with the Purchasing department, adhering to unit price constraints, sustainability, and ease of implementation by local markets.
- Brief and manage external service providers on outsourced projects such as renderings.
- Regularly update planograms in collaboration with the Business Development team.
- Support markets daily in consolidating their specific VM needs and adapting flagship spaces such as Galeries Lafayette Haussmann, Printemps Beauté, Dubai Mall, and international airports.
- Integrate digital experiences in points of sale in collaboration with the Omnichannel & Digital Department.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent, with a Master's degree preferred.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in project management within visual merchandising, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Strong autonomy and organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and tasks proactively.
- Agile and curious nature with excellent teamwork, attention to detail, and adaptability.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to anticipate trends in beauty, fashion, design, and art.
- Fluency in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
Minimum of 3 years in a visual merchandising project management role, preferably within the luxury industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent, with a Master's degree preferred.
