Guerlain International Visual Merchandising Project Manager - Fragrance

- Oversee all visual merchandising campaigns related to fragrance launches, ensuring operational coherence with the brand's image in collaboration with various departments such as Marketing, Business Development, and Artistic Direction.
- Draft, disseminate, and present fragrance merchandising guidelines to markets, including 3D plans, technical documents, and material recommendations.
- Guide and manage the development of central POS materials with the Procurement team, adhering to cost, sustainability, and ease of local implementation constraints.
- Brief and supervise external service providers on outsourced projects.
- Regularly update planograms in collaboration with the Business Development team.
- Support markets in consolidating specific VM needs and adapting flagship spaces such as Galeries Lafayette Haussmann and Dubai Mall.
- Integrate digital experiences in retail locations in conjunction with the Omnichannel & Digital Department.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent, with a Master's preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising project management, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Strong autonomy and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities proactively.
- Agility and curiosity, with a keen eye for detail and strong team collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a persuasive nature.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to anticipate emerging trends in beauty, fashion, design, and art.
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
Minimum of 3 years in visual merchandising project management, ideally within the luxury industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent, Master's preferred.
Position offers a hybrid working mode, based in Paris, with immediate availability.
