Guerlain International Visual Merchandising Project Manager - Fragrance

- Lead and manage all Visual Merchandising (VM) campaigns related to fragrance launches, ensuring operational excellence and brand image coherence in collaboration with cross-functional teams including Marketing Development, Business Development, and Artistic Direction.
- Draft, distribute, and present Fragrance Merchandising Guidelines to markets, including 3D designs, technical documents, text layout, material recommendations, and color codes.
- Oversee the development of central Point of Sale (POS) materials with Procurement, ensuring cost-effectiveness, sustainability, and ease of implementation in local markets.
- Brief and manage external vendors on outsourced projects, such as renderings.
- Regularly update planograms in collaboration with the Business Development team.
- Support markets daily in consolidating specific VM needs and adapting flagship spaces, including Galeries Lafayette Haussmann, Printemps Beauté, Dubai Mall, and international airports.
- Integrate digital experiences in retail environments in collaboration with the Omnichannel & Digital Department.
- Bachelor's degree (BAC+5) from a business school or equivalent university.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in project management roles within Visual Merchandising, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Strong autonomy and organizational skills to manage priorities and tasks proactively and rigorously.
- Agility and curiosity with a recognized ability for teamwork, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to anticipate new trends in beauty, fashion, design, and art.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
Minimum of 3 years in Visual Merchandising project management roles, ideally within the luxury industry.
Bachelor's degree (BAC+5) in business or equivalent.
