1. Develop innovative educational tools and blended learning programs focusing on Retail Excellence, Guerlain Sales Methodology, and Client Relations.
2. Test and optimize training tools in real-world scenarios.
3. Maintain a continuous watch on best practices and emerging trends in luxury retail customer experience.
4. Collaborate with Retail teams to track education-related KPIs and support market training teams in impact analysis and improvement planning.
5. Define, deploy, and monitor Guerlain's customer experience markers.
6. Co-develop career paths for Guerlain sales advisors and oversee the deployment of corresponding training programs.
7. Co-organize annual international events and animate the international education community.
8. Implement a continuous improvement approach based on market feedback.

1. 3 to 5 years of professional experience, ideally in luxury retail, hospitality, or beauty.
2. Strong field experience in sales with an excellent understanding of retail KPIs and customer experience drivers.
3. Proven ability to collaborate within an international team with diverse stakeholders.

1. Excellent communication and training facilitation skills.
2. Expertise in educational design and digital tools.
3. Fluency in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in another language is an advantage.

Minimum of 3 years, preferably in luxury retail, hospitality, or beauty sectors.

Position based at La Samaritaine with hybrid working mode.
