1. Assist in the preparation and organization of international training events, including PowerPoint presentations and room setup.
2. Develop educational content for product launches, ensuring alignment with the brand's image and positioning.
3. Write and distribute 'Education Mag' newsletters for the retail community.
4. Monitor and manage the annual budget in collaboration with managers.
5. Coordinate with agencies for creative projects.
6. Engage with the retail field through tours of Guerlain and competitor points of sale.
7. Maintain regular communication with the international training community via digital platforms.
8. Serve as the key point of contact for education-related inquiries from international markets.

1. End-of-study internship, Master 2 business school or university equivalent.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Dynamic, autonomous, and rigorous with strong teamwork capabilities.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Teach on Mars.
2. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
3. Ability to transform marketing content into educational materials.

Beginner level experience, ideally in a related field or industry.

Master's degree in Business or a related field.
