- Design and develop comprehensive product training materials for each launch, including skincare, fragrance, and make-up, with an emphasis on storytelling and key selling points.
- Translate marketing content into educational resources aligned with the brand's image for the Retail & Education community.
- Assist in organizing international seminars and webinars for Education teams.
- Serve as a primary contact for international markets regarding education-related inquiries.
- Maintain an active international training community through regular communications on the digital application.
- Draft 'Education Mag' newsletters for the Retail community.
- Assist with annual budget monitoring and track deliverable timelines.
- Conduct retail and field visits to Guerlain and competitor locations to stay informed about industry trends.
- Coordinate creative projects with external agencies.
- Support managers in event preparation and organization, including PowerPoint presentations and room setup.
- Master's student (Master 2 or equivalent) in business or a related field, seeking an end-of-study internship.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Teach on Mars is a plus.
- Dynamic, self-directed, and detail-oriented.
- Strong team player.
Beginner level experience is acceptable, suitable for a Master's student in their final year.
Master's student (Master 2 or equivalent) in business or a related field.
