1. Design and develop comprehensive product training materials for each launch, including skincare, fragrance, and make-up, with an emphasis on storytelling and key selling points.
2. Translate marketing content into educational resources aligned with the brand's image for the Retail & Education community.
3. Assist in organizing international seminars and webinars for Education teams.
4. Serve as a primary contact for international markets regarding education-related inquiries.
5. Maintain an active international training community through regular communications on the digital application.
6. Draft 'Education Mag' newsletters for the Retail community.
7. Assist with annual budget monitoring and track deliverable timelines.
8. Conduct retail and field visits to Guerlain and competitor locations to stay informed about industry trends.
9. Coordinate creative projects with external agencies.
10. Support managers in event preparation and organization, including PowerPoint presentations and room setup.

1. Master's student (Master 2 or equivalent) in business or a related field, seeking an end-of-study internship.

1. Fluency in English and French.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Experience with Teach on Mars is a plus.
4. Dynamic, self-directed, and detail-oriented.
5. Strong team player.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, suitable for a Master's student in their final year.
