1. Develop educational content for product launches, including storytelling and key selling points, in various formats such as PowerPoint, digital modules, and video learning.
2. Support the organization of international seminars and webinars for education teams.
3. Act as a key contact for markets regarding education-related subjects.
4. Engage the international training community through regular communications on a digital app.
5. Assist in preparing and organizing events, including presentations and room setup.
6. Write 'Education Mag' newsletters for the retail community.
7. Monitor an annual budget and follow up on deliverables with managers.
8. Conduct retail and field tours of Guerlain and competitor points of sale.
9. Coordinate creative projects with agencies.

1. End-of-study internship, Master 2 business school or university equivalent.

1. Fluent in English
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
3. Experience with Teach on Mars is a plus
4. Dynamic and autonomous
5. Rigorous and detail-oriented
6. Strong team player
