Guerlain International Training & Marketing Assistant Intern

- Coordinate the operational aspects of the Guerlain Spa Academy for training needs, both prior to and during training sessions.
- Manage participant registrations across the Spa network in France and internationally.
- Organize model recruitment and logistics for aesthetic practice sessions.
- Handle logistical arrangements for lunch breaks during training sessions.
- Prepare diplomas and end-of-training gifts.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of educational tools in collaboration with the training team.
- Manage digital educational tools, including the printing and binding of training books, proofreading materials, and updating the Spa training platform.
- Assist in the administrative and logistical management of training sessions, including room setup and document preparation.
- Support pre-opening training preparations for new Guerlain Spas, including product orders and document dispatch.
- Oversee the logistical follow-up of training rooms, including reservations, equipment preparation, and stock management.
- Serve as the point of contact between Spas and the training department for training-related inquiries.
- Interface with external partners and suppliers involved in the Spa Academy's operations, managing stocks of educational materials, aesthetics, professional equipment, and linens.
- Conduct competitive analysis and present benchmarks to the team.
- Analyze market trends, consumer needs, and industry trends in wellness, technology, and beauty.
- Develop and update Spa communication tools, newsletters, and leaflets.
- Create specific Spa treatment brochures and update the Spa network book.
- Oversee the logistical and operational implementation of merchandising.
- Participate in projects related to enhancing the luxury hotel Spa customer experience.
- Organize the international seminar for Spa managers and trainers in Paris.
- Coordinate the induction program for new Spa Managers within the network.
- Participate in the comprehensive opening of a Guerlain Spa.
- Support the update of functional tools for the department, including the Spa platform and logistics management.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or equivalent university program.
- Ideally, previous internship experience in Marketing (Development or Operational) within the luxury sector, particularly in Perfumes & Cosmetics or luxury hospitality.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks proactively and autonomously.
- Enthusiastic and curious nature, recognized for teamwork, benevolence, humility, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Entry-level, ideally with prior internship experience in luxury marketing or hospitality.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
